Buffet and Moms

by admin on April 4, 2011

Two things to be happy for.  First, we finally got to eat again at Dads/Saisaki/Kamayan in Megamall (wish the branch in Alabang didn’t close), and second, I finally got to meet some of the moms from the Pinay Mommies Community or PMC.

Since my little girl wakes up late, we arrived at the meeting place around 12:45.  I asked the hostesses if there was a reservation for the PMC mommies but she wasn’t aware of any so she just escorted us to a table for 4. The table was at the other end of the function room so I called Mommy Pehpot to make sure that we were in the right place.

^^As I was busy settling down my little Missy, my sister got some food for us to start. Above are some hors d’oeuvres.  Love the Beef short ribs and the Lengua, yum yum!

^^There were a lot of people, but that didn’t surprise us because that usually is the case for all buffet restaurants in the metro.

^^We ordered 3 bottomless Iced Tea so little Missy got 3 plush dolphins. This is where she got her bears too before.
A plush toy is given for every order of bottomless drinks or fruit shake.

^^I really couldn’t resist the Japanese buffet.  Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Maki… bring it on!  I wish we could have been seated near that area though :)

^^Kuya asked me how much Salmon Sashimi he should put on the plate, I told him until it could no longer fit.

^^With how much I ate, I will definitely say the price for this buffet is worth it! Can’t wait to go back for more!

^^And the highlight of the day? Meeting all the wonderful, beautiful mommies from PMC!

eh, how come I didn’t get any toys from them? I ordered bottomless iced tea din. I was so tempted to go to the Japanese buffet, hubby is not a sushi eater. I have to go back there with my sister who is more adventurous with foods.

There’s another resto I’ll be raving about real soon. It’s Japanese-Korean (I think) but we’re liking it better, maybe because it’s new :) Watch out for it! Hope to have it up in a day or two.
